NSE and BSE Sector Allocation

The Indian stock markets have seen a lot of unpredictable swings since May. From an all time high to the highest one-day fall, the investors have seen it all here. Given the current dynamics at play, a good sectoral allocation should be as follows:

IT, Telecom and Media – 20%
Infrastructure – 25%
Textiles – 15%
